RETURNS

My aim is always to ensure that customers are happy with their order.  However, I cannot accept returns on customised items unless the item is faulty or I have made a mistake in the customisation.  In this case I will replace your item at no extra cost to you.  Please check your order before submitting your order.  Please be aware that I get my supplies from different suppliers and so the sizes of the garments may vary and are given an approximation only.   Please check the sizing before ordering.   if I feel you may have made a mistake, I will always check with you before processing your order.  However I cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that you make during the order process and which are not picked up as being errors.

If you have bought a blank garment this can be returned for replacement or refund so long as the item has not be worn, washed or altered in any way.  Please email me to arrange this.
